	In 1990, as the Soviet Union was collapsing, two young men from the Estonian Heart Centre began formulating ideas to set up a company. In the late 1980′s the men had been involved in the sanctioned purchase of medical equipment from abroad for the centre, which had presented them with the opportunity to make valuable contacts with foreign companies.This invaluable experience meant that their new company, A&G Ltd., developed quickly, leading quite soon afterwards to a partnership deal with Datex Ltd. for the production of cables and sensors for oxymetry, SpO2 sensors and other usages.
	Since 1995, A&G have the assembly of disposables under controlled conditions (cleanroom). We have since expanded our operation to encompass 2 assembly facilities under controlled conditions with a staff of 60 and a total area of 300m2.Most of our controlled environment products are customer-specific and include sampling lines for anaesthesia gas and CO2 measurements, spirometry tubes and -KIT’s, nasal sampling lines, manual bag tubes, exhaust lines, suction tubes etc.
	Since 2005, we have also begun to provide medical profile extrusions under controlled conditions. Our sklilled operators and technicians take great care in ensuring that the customers needs are met.
	Currently, A&G have also begun to provide mechanical assembly of subparts and accessories. We have over 15 years experience in the area of assembly and are specialized in the manual assembly of electronics and mechanics.
	In addition to the above, we provide component purchasing, door-to-door delivery, and warehousing facilities for buffer stock.A&G holds the ISO 9001 (quality), 13485 (assembly of medical devices), 14001 (environment) and OHSAS 18001 (health and safety) management system standards, sertified by BVQI, to ensure quality in all of our products and services.We can guarantee on-time deliveries, flexible lead times and favourable payment terms.
