Assembly under controlled conditions

A&G has been providing manual assembly of medical disposables and -accessories under controlled conditions (cleanroom) since 1995.

 

We began with the production of gas sampling lines and spirometry tubes. Our controlled medical assembly area has since been expanded and now encompasses 300m2.

 

We use the most up-to-date technologies for the following processes:

• cutting and coiling of tubing;
• adhesive bonding of connectors with tetrahydrofuran;
• leak and flow testing;
• packaging and labelling;

 

There is also constant visual inspection as procedure.
